Position Overview:

We are seeking a Enthusiastic and detail-oriented Individual to join our team. The main Task lies in the coordination and management of language-related projects and having a regular check feedbacks along with the documentation. This individual will work closely with clients, language professionals, and internal teams to ensure the successful execution of projects and the delivery of exceptional language services along with supporting the Backoffice until the deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Recruitment Team with the candidates, especially in the areas of medicine and nursing.
  • Contacts with authorities and public administrations
  • Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and training programs.
  • Daily track of the applicants and updating the same in the system.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for compliance-related inquiries and issues.
  • Regular coordination with the internal Team, including recruiters and HR personnel, to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist in creating and correcting international candidate profiles.
  • Conducting the onboarding of the newly enrolled Candidates along with assisting them in the whole Employment Process.
  • Assist the Backoffice Team with necessary documentation to demonstrate compliance.
  • Management and organization of requested documents from candidates for the recognition process
  • Responsible for sending documents for professional recognition, as well as their translations and certifications (for state-certified translators)
  • Organizing and accompanying the entry of candidates from all over the world

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, law, or a related field.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in compliance roles, preferably within the recruitment industry.
  • Fluency in English is required, Knowledge of German is a plus.
  • Previous Experience of working with an ATS is a must.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with Clients.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid user knowledge of the MS Office package
