As Director Talent Acquisition & Sales,you will be responsible for developing and implementing the international talentacquisition strategy for the recruitment and sales of healthcare professionals such as doctors, nurses and allied health professionals to meet the organisation’s staffing needs.
You will build strong global partnerships, ensure compliance with international legal requirements and work closely with senior management to align the organisation’s international growth and operational objectives.

Your tasks as Director Talent Acquisition & Sales do:
1. international recruitment strategy:
Develop and implement a comprehensive international recruitment strategy to attract highly qualified medical professionals.
Identify target markets worldwide to attract top medical talent and clients.
Build and maintain a recruitment pipeline of international healthcare professionals to meet current and future staffing needs.
2. Develop partnerships:
Building relationships with international medical schools, healthcare organisations and recruitment agencies to create strong talent pools.
Building strategic partnerships with foreign healthcare organisations and government agencies to facilitate smooth recruitment and deployment processes.
Representing the organisation at international healthcare conferences, trade fairs and in professional networks.
3. compliance and regulatory oversight:
Ensure compliance with all international laws, including immigration guidelines, medical licensing regulations and regulatory requirements.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Indian and international medical certifications, licensing requirements and regulatory frameworks.
Providing expert support to the legal and compliance teams.
4. Team leadership and development:
Leading an international team and ensuring efficiency, commitment and success in line with our corporate values.
Setting and achieving targets, KPIs and benchmarks as well as controlling and reporting.
5. Budgeting and resource management:
Monitoring and ensuring cost efficiency.
Reporting to management on progress, challenges and successes.
What are your skills and abilities?
• Master’s degree or MBA in healthcare management, business administration, sales or a related field.
• 8-12 years of experience in medical recruitment and sales, including at least 5 years in an international environment.
• Proven leadership experience of large international teams and projects.
• Experience of working with diverse teams and understanding of different healthcare systems, including Australia, USA, Canada and South America.
• Extensive knowledge of global healthcare recruitment and sales trends, including market conditions and competitors.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate business opportunities and develop effective strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and success in dynamic environments and multicultural and diverse, multicultural teams.
• Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Multilingualism is an advantage – knowledge of German desirable.
